  • Process your bookings and transmit necessary details to our partner cafés to secure your table.
  • Send you booking confirmations, updates, and important notices regarding your reservation (e.g., via Email or WhatsApp).
  • Respond to your customer service inquiries and support needs.
  • Improve our platform, user experience, and service offerings.

3. Data Sharing

We only share your information with our partner cafés to the extent necessary to fulfill your booking (Name, Time, Guests, Special Requests). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers.

We use third-party service providers (like Razorpay for payments) who have their own strict privacy protocols and only have access to information necessary to perform their functions.
