1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the COUPE website and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Platform Fee

When you make a booking through COUPE, you are required to pay an upfront amount. This amount consists of:

  • Food Credit: This is a prepaid amount that can be redeemed entirely against food and beverages at the partner café during your booking.
  • Comfort Charge (Platform Fee): This is a non-refundable convenience fee charged by COUPE for providing guaranteed premium seating and zero wait time.

3. User Obligations

  • Vibe Check: Bring your best self! Our spaces are curated for meaningful conversations and focused work. Please maintain the calm and premium ambiance of the café.
  • Punctuality: A grace period of 15 minutes applies to all bookings. If you arrive later than this, your table may be forfeited, and refunds will be subject to our Cancellation Policy.
  • Outside Food: Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited at all partner cafés.
  • Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself appropriately and respect the café's individual house rules and staff.

4. Redemption of Food Credit

The food credit purchased during booking is valid only for the specific date and time slot of the reservation. If your final bill at the café is less than your pre-paid food credit, no cash refund will be provided for the difference. If your bill exceeds the credit, you must pay the remaining balance directly to the café.

5. Limitation of Liability

COUPE acts as a booking intermediary. While we strive to ensure a premium experience, we are not liable for the quality of food, beverages, or services provided directly by the partner cafés, nor are we responsible for any loss or damage to personal property while on the premises.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
